Peeling Force Test Report Summary

The chart illustrates the peeling force test results for a PU mat with medium adhesion, conducted between April 11 and 15, 2025. Each curve represents the force required to peel the sample at a speed of 300 mm/min, showing fluctuations as the material resists separation. The results indicate that while the minimum peeling forces varied between about 407 and 480 gf, the maximum forces reached between 576 and 714 gf, leading to an overall average peeling force of approximately 521 gf.  Rule of Thumb for Use

• 125 mL to 500 mL flasks: run at 170–200 rpm with a 25 mm orbit.

• >500 mL flasks: use clamps in combination with the pad for maximum safety.
